I had a great experience! Chris at M&M took my Jeep in right away even without an appt. I told him that I was concerned about driving it because of the metal to metal noise it was making. He made me feel welcomed and explained in detail the problem with the breaks. They gave me a ride home and came to pick me up when my Jeep was ready. I would highly recommend M&M Auto as their service was exemplary.

After the past experience I've had with M&M as a repair shop, and with the dealer I'm trying to work with to get my current vehicle repaired (some of the items that I was told were repaired weren't while under warranty), it looks like M&M will be my next car dealership as well. Thank you to Andy at M & M automotive at 1260 Hopmeadow Street for taking time out of his busy schedule to help get a broken license plate screw out of my car trunk today, free of charge. The head broke off and I didn’t have proper equipment to extract it. He did it no problem and even gave me bolts to put the plate back on. Much appreciated and awesome customer service.
