Thank you to Andy at M & M automotive at 1260 Hopmeadow Street for taking time out of his busy schedule to help get a broken license plate screw out of my car trunk today, free of charge. The head broke off and I didn’t have proper equipment to extract it. He did it no problem and even gave me bolts to put the plate back on. Much appreciated and awesome customer service.

Bill, Chris and Jason have all been terrific over the last six years. Just yesterday, we had new tires put on our Audi Q5–they price-matched the same tire on sale locally and had the job completed within a few hours. I can’t say enough about their service and their positive approach to your car.

The owners are super nice, but the vehicle they sold me has been nothing but major problems. I've already put $3000 into fixing it and now it needs another $4000 to get fixed. This vehicle could have been paid off by now. On top of that, I ran into one of the mechanics at a bar one night and he told me he used to do brake stands in the vehicle before it was sold. I'm so disappointed.
