I had a great experience! Chris at M&M took my Jeep in right away even without an appt. I told him that I was concerned about driving it because of the metal to metal noise it was making. He made me feel welcomed and explained in detail the problem with the breaks. They gave me a ride home and came to pick me up when my Jeep was ready. I would highly recommend M&M Auto as their service was exemplary.

After the past experience I've had with M&M as a repair shop, and with the dealer I'm trying to work with to get my current vehicle repaired (some of the items that I was told were repaired weren't while under warranty), it looks like M&M will be my next car dealership as well.
